THE GOLANT BED AND BREAKFAST NEWQUAY
AUTUMN SPECIAL ** Monday to Friday £70 **
The Beautiful Cornish Coast
There is something for all to do all year round on the Coast of Dreams.
We have The Eden Project (Pictured Left) which is a global garden for the 21st century.
A gateway to a sustainable future and a dramatic setting in which to tell the fascinating story of mankind's dependence on plants.
We have several Golf Courses many of which are all year round greens. Some of these are Competition Courses too.
All our golf courses have excellent club houses and are only between a 15 minutes and a 1/2 hours from us. To check out these Golf Courses visit Newquay Attractions
Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife sanctury has something for all. From Victorian walled gardens, a parrot jungle walk, fun farm, a mini train to flying bird shows and a lot more..
Flambards
A unique experiance. Listen to the shrieks of laughter and cries of terror that come from the Hornet Roller Coaster,
Mighty Thunderbolt or Extreme Force, not to mention the many junior rides for the kids. Flambards Theme Park
is not just another amusement park, it is much more. There is a Science Center with many hands on experiments for the young ones. No visit is complete without visiting their
Wildlife encounter.
Then let your imagination lead you through the lamp lit streets of the full size reconstruction of a Victorian Village around 50 shops, traders and homes.
Experience life without the modern labour saving devices. Explore the magic and miseries of life in Victorian England and contrast the lifestyles of the
wealthy professionals with those who worked from dawn to dusk to make England the great place it is today.
They even have London in the Blitz! Then zoom forward to the flight deck of a Real Concord. Our previous guests say it is worth every penny!
Newquay Zoo
From animal encounters to African plains, Zoo Keeper talks, a village farm, the penguin pool, to a tarzan trail, and a childrens play area to name but
a few of the many things to do at Newquay Zoo.
National Trust
There is St Michaels Mount, Originally the site of a Benedictine priory and approached by a causeway at low tide (and ferry boats at high tide – weather permitting),
the dramatic castle on top of this famous island dates from the 12th century. It was converted into a private house in the 17th century and contains fascinating
early rooms, an armoury, a rococo Gothic drawing room and, at the highest point, a 14th-century church.
There are wonderful views towards Land’s End and The Lizard.
The Lizard
which is the most southerly point of mainland Britain and the turning point of one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
The coastline on either side offers dramatic cliff walks, masses of rare wild flowers and fascinating geological features. National Trust
sites are open to visitors all year round, with a full range of events throughout the year.
These are just a few of the things available, but there are so many more from Newquays Tin Mine to Go Karting, with Karts reaching
speeds of 40mph and sitting only centimeters off the ground, this day out is sure to thrill young and old alike!
Everything from your race suit to a full safety briefing is provided. From Newquays Gardens and animal sanctuary
to all the wonderful places we have mentioned throughout this beautiful area you will have the holiday of a lifetime. For many more fantastic places to visit
in Newquay visit this web site Newquay Holidays
